Cắt đôi quả thơm theo chiều dọc, lấy dao sắc khứa theo thành vỏ thơm cẩn thận tránh chạm vào phần vỏ thơm. Cắt từng phần ruột thơm ra ngoài.
Dùng muỗng nạo tiếp phần thơm còn lại cho bên trong để vỏ thơm tạo thành khay chứa đẹp mắt.
Cắt thịt thơm thành từng miếng vuông nhỏ. Cà chua bi cũng cắt thành miếng nhỏ.
Trong một tô trộn chung rau cải bó xôi, thơm, cà chua, thêm hành lá, ớt tỏi, lá bạc hà băm nhỏ.
Tôm bóc vỏ, lấy chỉ đen. Cho tôm vào nồi luộc chín rồi vớt ra rổ để ráo nước.
Khi ăn, thêm 1 muỗng canh dầu ôliu, 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, 1 muỗng canh giấm vào tô salad và trộn đều nêm nếm cho vừa miệng.
Cho phần rau cải bó xôi vào vỏ thơm rỗng, xếp tôm lên trên. Màu sắc hòa, hương vị chua ngọt tươi mát dễ ăn khiến món salad này trở thành một sự lựa chọn tuyệt vời cho mùa hè khi bạn muốn thưởng thức một món ăn nhẹ nhàng mà vẫn đủ chất.
