Mì bạn luộc chín rồi xả với nước lạnh, để ráo nước. Cho một ít dầu ăn vào chảo, thêm thịt bò đã ướp vào xào chín tới.
Thêm ớt chuông, hành tây, cả bó xôi và mì vào đảo đều cho nguyên liệu chín là xong.
