Dưa leo cắt thannh dài, cà rốt bào sợi nhỏ. Bắp cải tím xắt sợi. Lựu tách lấy hạt. Lá tía tô, cải xoăn rửa sạch. Bơ gọt vỏ, xắt lát.
Nhúng bánh tráng với chút nước trải ra thớt, đặt 2 lá tía tô lên bánh tráng rồi cho 2 lát bơ, tiếp đến đặt cải xoăn, dưa leo, cà rốt và lựu vào. Sau đó cuốn bánh tráng chặt tay tránh bị nát bánh nhé. Khi đã cuốn xong hết thì cắt gỏi cuốn ra làm đôi theo chiều xéo và xếp ra dĩa. Bạn cuốn như vậy đến khi hết nguyên liệu là xong nha.
