Một món ăn đon giản và dễ làm thích hợp cho các bạn bạn rộn. Sợi bún mềm nhưng sần sật, trứng chiên lớp mỏng thái sợi, kết hợp thêm ít gia vị là có thể dậy hương của món ăn.
Bún gạo khô ngâm rửa nước cho bún mềm sau đó cho vào nồi luộc chín. Bún gạo chín vớt ra rổ, xả qua nước lạnh rồi để ráo cho các sợi bún không bị hơi nóng làm cho chín nữa.
Trứng đập ra tô. Đun nóng 30ml dầu ăn, sau đó cho trứng vào tráng thật mỏng. Trứng chín đem thái sợi dài rồi để riêng.
Đun nóng 20ml dầu ăn trong 1 chảo khác. Cho bún vào chảo dầu đảo đều, nêm 1 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm, sau đó cho cà rốt vào xào cùng. Đến khi bún thấm gia vị và cà rốt chín tới thì cho hành lá cắt khúc dài vào xào đến khi hành mềm là được.
Cho bún xào ra dĩa, xếp rau, trứng lên mặt. Dùng kèm với tương ớt hoặc nước tương nhé!
